Since we, Gene and Tracy and our other private members, are not a public or private corporate or governmental entity, nor any kind of commercial enterprise nor are we focused on profits as the bottom line, but vastly superior creative living soul beings with a conscience, we do not have any desire to sell or share your private information with anyone…so we don’t and we won’t.
If you send us a private message through our contact form we will only use that information to continue a dialogue with you and for no other reason. As we are not in control of others that may be sneaking around in the background keeping track of what we all do on this site we can not guarantee what they will or will not do.
As Visual Artistry TM/SM is a Private Membership Association created for the sole purpose of having fun, being creative, and producing artistic portraits of other awesome, supreme living souls, we value your input and creative spirit in this process and welcome you to our family of kindred spirits.
Being a Private Membership Association means everything we do is kept private between us. If we do want to use one of your portraits on our site to showcase what we do we would only do so with your written permission first.
The only way to become a member in our association is by private agreement. If you contact us and set up a time to chat about what you would like us to do for you and if we all agree to collaborate then you’ll become a member and allowed access to our time, energy, knowledge and creativity. If we don’t all agree then you will not become a member and any information you provide to us will be deleted on our end. The first dollar you donate will be put towards your one-time membership fee. There are no other fees required to remain a member.
As we are retired photographers, we do not run this association as a business but for personal reasons only–pure enjoyment. That means we will not do any photography we are not comfortable with or work with anyone who sucks the joy out of life.
If we decide to work together on a project we promise you we will put our hearts and soul into making sure you end up having a wonderful experience and receive a portrait you feel emotionally connected to that ‘pulls your heart strings’. If we don’t provide this to you we won’t stop until we do.
Any consideration exchanged between us and you is private and is considered as a private, non-tax-deductible donation to us to help us continue to provide these services to others. We do not post any amounts on this website as it is not public information so to receive the suggested donation amounts for our services please contact us. As we are not concerned with making a ‘profit’ the suggested donations are lower than you may expect for the quality and experience you will receive and based on a case-by-case basis (based on everyone’s costs, time, energy, expertise, etc.)
Everyone who collaborates on a project will have rights to the final images under common law copyrights including the photographer, makeup artist, hair stylist, model, etc. No one would be allowed to use the images to make a profit only use the images for their own enjoyment, for their portfolios or to showcase their talents. Everyone would be under a private agreement to these conditions as members of this association.
